ia mall is a completely glass made structure...even the motors of the escalator is visible...the 4 d in atria mall is also simply awesome...The shops in the mall are international.The sitting area on the top level is peaceful during the day.One more good thing about this mall is the big t.v. screen as soon as you enter.Its a good time pass for people.The glass curvature and the top curve outside the mall need to be observed. Though its a inspiration of the Singapore mall..it's one of it's kid in India.
When i went there,what i wanted was the view of the building different from what a layman observes daily...so i went on top of a commercial building opposite the mall & clicked snaps from there.There i not only enjoyed the view of the mall but the sea face on the other side of the building.Nehru planetarium was also nearby and could be easily seen.
Talking about imax..The nearest station is Wadala.From there a cab or bus would guide you to imax.At the entrance of the mall are two statues -one of them is a girl dancing.Inside on the ground level we have gaming zone,food parlors,crossword.The other level has some more food counters and the dome theater.The best thing here is that the way the movie is projected an be seen clearly,since the room where this is done is glass covered and the big reels of movies an be seen. At least once in life one should see some movie at this dome adlabs...the best part about this place is its location....its surrounded by all scenic beauty...
Common thing about both of these is that they are located in the town..
